Margaret founded Shield Carers LLC Home Care in 2023 driven by a genuine passion to provide compassionate, personalized care that feels like family. With extensive experience working in Adult Family Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, Hospitals, and private care, Margaret brings specialized training in Dementia care, Mental Health, Nurse Delegation for Diabetics, CPR, First Aid, and Developmental Disabilities Assistance. She has particular expertise in caring for individuals with Parkinson’s disease, including feeding patients with tube support and planning nutritious meals tailored to their needs.

Margaret is not only a skilled caregiver but also a dedicated community servant and activist. She currently serves as the Rotary Foundation Chair for the Rotary Club of Bonney Lake Tehaleh and is a past president of the Rotary Club of Jinja City in Uganda. She is the founder of ADOVICUGANDA International, a nonprofit providing medical and mobility equipment to vulnerable people in Uganda. Known as a passionate advocate, Margaret will be your voice too, standing up for the rights and dignity of those in her care and in her community.
